Our workshop is part of Abbey Barn in Abbotsbury, which sits in between Weymouth and Bridport on the Dorset coast. The easiest way to get here is by car and to park in either the Abbotsbury car park and walk 3 minutes down the hill, or in the Abbey Barn car park right next to the workshop.

Travel Disruption

Currently the main road in Abbotsbury is closed due to roadworks which have cut us off from the main route to our studio (see map below). To get here, all routes (including those coming from towns and villages west of Abbotsbury) are now diverted through Portesham, down New Barn Road, and up past the Swannery - you can ignore all the diversion signs that say ‘no through way’. If you are travelling from Burton Bradstock or Bridport you’ll need to drive through Littlebredy or up the A35 to Winterbourne Abbas and cut down to Portesham.
