Dates: Tue 7th & 14th July | 6pm - 9pm
Pay what you can when you attend.
During the golden hours of the evening, we’ll step out of the studio together to explore the surrounding landscape through drawing. Along the way, we’ll experiment with a range of materials and approaches to capture the objects, colours and atmosphere we encounter.
This is a relaxed and social workshop, perfect for anyone wanting to slow down, draw outdoors and spend time making alongside others. Feel free to bring your dinner and any materials you’d especially like to use; we’ll also provide paper and a selection of materials.
No experience is needed, and we’ll be there with plenty of guidance, prompts and drawing tricks to support you throughout.
You will learn:
Approaches to observational and landscape drawing outdoors
Techniques for capturing light, atmosphere and movement
Ways to draw more freely and confidently in a relaxed setting
